IISE is committed to building relationships between students and industry professionals.
At the beginning of each semester, IISE hosts a career fair exclusively for students in Texas A&M's Industrial and Systems Engineering department. The IISE Career Fair is a great opportunity for recruiters and employers to meet over 700 current students actively looking for full-time, co-op, and internship opportunities. Since its inception in 2012, the IISE Career Fair has had a successful turnout from both students and companies alike.
There are many other ways IISE can help build your campus presence. Speaker meetings provide a focused environment for you to engage with students, tell your story, and present opportunities within your company to interested students. Coffee and donuts in the lobby is another popular option to engage students with your company.

Individual Events
Speaker Meeting With Food
Company speaker meetings are directed towards providing industry professionals and students the opportunity to network and learn from one another in a focused setting. We encourage these presentations to engage students with topics relevant to industrial and systems engineering, professional life, career advice, etc.
Cost: $400
Coffee and Donuts
Company representatives can network with industrial engineering students at the lobby of the Emerging Technologies Building. IISE takes care of food/drink and advertising while the company provides representatives and table set-up (tablecloth, banner, promo items, etc.)
