Prepare for the event

 

Shipping Address 

If you plan to ship booth materials, please notify iise.external@tamu.edu and plan for the materials to arrive by Tuesday, September 2nd. Your items will be waiting at your booth. Companies wishing to have items returned via mail must provide prepaid return labels.

Schedule Interview Rooms

If your company wants to set up interview rooms during or after the Career Fair, please log on to HireAggies (careercenter.tamu.edu) and select "Create New Schedule Request".

You’re invited to participate in our company panel discussion on strategies for success at career fairs and throughout the recruitment process. Let us know if you're interested in joining us as a panelist and sharing insights on your organization's approach to recruitment!

Booth Information 

Each booth includes a standard 30"x 6' table and 2 chairs. 

• No limit to the number of recruiters. 

• Bring extension cords if you will need power at your booth. 

• Booth assignments will be given at company check-in. 

 

Parking 

Two parking validation cards are included with your registration. Parking is available at:

 

• Gene Stallings Blvd. Garage (SBG)

• University Center Garage (UCG)

 

Upon arrival, please take a ticket from the kiosk at the gate. At company check-in, you will receive your parking validation card. To exit the garage, scan the validation card as payment.
